Healing begins with being heard.

All Too Well Counseling offers virtual support for anxiety, identity, trauma, and life transitions - grounded in compassion and care that honors your story.

A space to feel heard, supported, and seen.

If you’ve found your way here, it likely means something feels heavy, confusing, or uncertain — and you’re looking for support. Maybe it’s the constant pull of anxiety, the ache of not feeling understood, or the quiet question of who you really are and what comes next.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

At All Too Well Counseling, I offer a space where you can be fully yourself — without pressure, without judgment. Whether you’re looking to feel more grounded, explore your identity, or move through something painful, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re feeling and create a path toward healing that honors your story and your pace.

A Different Kind of Therapy

Therapy with me isn’t about rigid formulas or being analyzed. It’s a conversation — meaningful, steady, and rooted in connection.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices. But more than anything, I believe in tailoring our work to you. That means blending evidence-based methods with deep listening and care, always keeping your needs and goals at the center.

We’ll take things at your pace, set goals that feel right for where you are, and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Here’s How We’ll Begin

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — and that’s okay.

Here’s what happens when you request a session:

  1. You’ll fill out a short, thoughtful intake form
  2. I’ll personally reach out within 24 hours
  3. We’ll find a time that works and I’ll send all the info you need to feel prepared

Your first session is relaxed and pressure-free. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talk about what brought you here, and explore what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. All sessions are virtual, designed to be flexible and approachable — whether you’re logging in between meetings or settling in from your couch.
